Vermont State Colleges was legislated to transform a multi-college system into Vermont State University. A significant process, policy, and technology effort was conducted to complete this migration by June 30, 2023. This session will review the history of the project, presenting a strategy for transforming business processes, policies, and technology to support migrating three institutions into one.
