The session will focus on how the George Washington University is using change management/Prosci methodology to impact change at the institution against the backdrop of challenges that are unique to higher-education institutions. The session will begin with a brief introduction to change management/Prosci, including a quick overview of top contributors to change success in higher education (Prosci research). Next, the panel will discuss how the Information Technology division at the George Washington University is creating a culture of change management and how the division has successfully applied change management at the institution.
