The pandemic remote instruction produced a treasure trove of live lecture recordings across colleges and universities. This presentation shares a process to convert them to quality online courses and expand learning opportunities at a private research institution. It discusses the planning, pre-semester consultation and post-semester conversion. The presentation zooms in on design considerations to foster learner engagement and inclusive excellence as well as a discussion of student feedback and future implications.
