In a complex and competitive environment, Western Kentucky University (WKU) faced increasingly challenging circumstances: among others, declining state funding, evolving price sensitivity among prospective students, and shrinking demographics of traditional-aged students. Leveraging data, AI, and Deloitte's Candidate360 platform, WKU was able to turn data insights into actionable strategies to support institution-specific enrollment goals, gain additional insights into how to optimize net tuition revenue, and enhance long-term strategic planning.
