Penn State University Leadership is pressing all units to do things better. Our services need to be affordable, scalable, and impactful. OST (optimized service teams) are one of the ways we will better support Penn State’s teaching, research, and service mission. We will share the experiences of the 19 Commonwealth Campuses with the OST process.
