This presentation will focus on recent developments in research data management, with a primary focus on federally funded U.S. research. It will include discussion of experience with the new National Institutes of Health Data Sharing Policy, developments following from the OSTP Nelson memorandum, and interactions with federal research security initiatives, and it will incorporate findings from an early fall 2023 Coalition for Networked Information Executive Roundtable examining developments among CNI member institutions.
