Unsure of your next career move— Want to get back to what motivates you and be intentional with your next career move to lead you to a perfect work-life balance and career— Learn from three higher education BIPOC leaders experienced with IT and educational and classroom technology best practices as they candidly share the paths that they navigated in their careers to be successful. They will also describe how their journeys were not always typical—they frequently redefined what was expected to be successful in their roles and within their institutions. They will share their tangible approaches and journeys from the lens of reframing your career as an odyssey that includes your highest values, and greatest contributions, and addresses perceived limitations using an honest and respectful approach.
