For many institutions, purchasing better access points has been a key go-to strategy to combat student experience issues. But even with help from new levels of AI, does this still ensure a quality end-to-end experience? With enrollment heading down and budgets in flux, do we need to go deeper? Universities focus on student and staff experience as the driver for digital transformation, student enrollment, and student experience. You can only truly deliver that experience with synergy across each element critical to its operation, not just access. On this panel, we will walk through the holistic approach to multidomain workflows in our institutions and how important it is to deliver the best digital experiences, use of AI, and best security on campus and beyond.
