Higher education is a complex ecosystem. Companies that serve higher education, higher education institutions, and nonprofit associations all play crucial and intertwined roles supporting student, faculty, and staff success. In this session, EDUCAUSE Showcase Series industry colleagues will join institutional leaders to discuss case studies regarding mutually beneficial collaboration and innovation through the lenses of communication and strategy.

  • Practices and approaches for creating successful collaborative relationships from the perspective of higher education, with case studies on strategic projects for IT organizations.
  • How by participating in a beta test of Jenzabar Communications and acting as a design partner for Campus Marketplace powered by Jenzabar, Mid-Plains Community College had a pivotal role shaping the development of Jenzabar's solutions to meet institutional and student needs.
