This session will demonstrate the benefits of using an iterative approach for creating course deliverables via real-world examples and will define AGILE principles and methodologies such as Kanban and Minimum Viable Product. Along the way, attendees will learn strategies for maximizing collaboration—across teams and with stakeholders—as well as building feedback loops, improving communication, and finding the right tools to get the job done.
