Reducing friction and delivering value for students requires continuous and in-depth engagement from a diverse group of expert users—the students themselves. Join Ohio University as they present their student engagement journey to define and develop a value-tested institutional app that is built for and guided by students by engaging a targeted and diverse group of students from initial conception through a beta phase and full launch. Strategies included gathering continuous student feedback and conducting usability tests to prioritize areas of improvement, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and documenting success metrics that support value assessments and deliver transparency to stakeholders at all levels.
