Teams build dreams! In this session, we will share how Grand Canyon University’s College of Education has developed collaborative communities to bring adjunct faculty and full-time faculty together. We will share best practices for creating collaborative communities and partnering with departments and institutional tools/technology to create an effective space. This session will be conversational and allow participants to share the challenges and potential solutions from their institutions. Participants will also discuss existing empowering structures and share ideas for building collaborative communities that support effective instruction, sharing ideas, and using the systems and tools available at their institutions.
