Research computing support varies widely and depends on institutional priorities and goals. In this panel, we will provide examples of research computing and data services from emerging and established models. We will discuss how to prioritize and meet research needs, as well as Team Science approaches on some of the biggest challenges in higher education. Attendees will understand what research computing is, will be able to determine components and services for research computing support, and will understand most common challenges in providing research computing today for academic research.
