Central IT at the University of Michigan underwent a transformation in 2019 to more closely align project and service management. A wonderful partnership was formed between Rhian Copeland, Assistant Director of ITS Service Support, and Mashon Allen, Director of the ITS Project Management Office (PMO). They will be sharing highlights of their success in building a service lifecycle management business model.
