Making the jump from management to leadership is a complex experience. In this half-day workshop, participants will learn from two dynamic young leaders how to prepare for, pursue, and excel in leadership roles within higher education IT. This workshop will include presentations, interactive discussions, and collaborative planning sessions to help participants understand their unique value proposition as leaders and to gain the confidence needed for their next big career step. Participants will also build a solid network of peers juggling similar career priorities and interests.
