Event Platforms

There are several different platforms that primary logistics contacts will use to coordinate your company's participation at EDUCAUSE 2021, including:

  • EDUCAUSE 2021 Corporate Resource Center

  • Exhibitor eConsole

  • Maritz Registration Dashboard (within your Exhibitor eConsole)

  • Freeman Online

Please note: Everyone attending EDUCAUSE 2021 must complete their own event registration and will be prompted to log in or create an EDUCAUSE Profile before doing so. This includes staff working your booth, presenters, and/or those who wish to attend for professional development. Purchasing an opportunity does not automatically register anyone.

EDUCAUSE 2021 Corporate Resource Center

You are currently in part of the EDUCAUSE 2021 Corporate Resource Center. Here is where you will find important information you need to prepare for the event—whether your organization is exhibiting or has sponsored an opportunity. Please bookmark the hub and regularly check back for updates as we approach this year's conference.

Exhibitor eConsole

Each exhibiting organization has a unique Exhibitor eConsole (password required) where your company's primary logistics contact can:

  • Update your eBooth for attendee visibility

  • Access your staff registration and housing

  • Access Freeman Online for ordering booth services

  • Complete various forms

  • Upgrade your eBooth (logo and abstract)

Primary logistics contacts should have received an email from EDUCAUSE staff with a unique link to your company's Exhibitor eConsole and password. If you did not receive the email/link or if you need assistance accessing your eConsole, please contact our Corporate Team.

Maritz Registration Dashboard (within your Exhibitor eConsole)

Through your organization's unique Exhibitor eConsole, primary logistics contacts will find the Maritz Registration Dashboard where you can:

  • Manage and monitor your staff registration and housing

  • View the Attendee Participant List (less those that opt-out)

  • Order Lead Capture (lead retrieval)

Freeman Online

Freeman is the Official General Service Contractor for EDUCAUSE 2021.

Primary logistics contacts from exhibiting organizations will need to set up an account directly with Freeman to coordinate all services instrumental for your booth. If you need assistance with Freeman Online, please contact the Freeman Exhibitor Services Department by email or call 888-508-5054.

Keep in mind, Freeman Online is also accessible through your Exhibitor eConsole.
