The exhibit hall is located in Halls A–C of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The exhibit hall is NOT carpeted and linear booths will have black drape for the backwall and side rails.

Exhibitor Move-In

Sunday: October 24 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Monday: October 25 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Tuesday: October 26 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, October 26:

  • All exhibit materials must be uncrated and crates must be marked with EMPTY LABELS, ready for removal by 2:00 p.m.
  • All exhibits must be show-ready by 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hours

Wednesday: October 27 | 8:45 a.m.–5:45 p.m.

You should expect the largest crowds in the exhibit hall:

  • 8:45–9:15 a.m.
  • 10:00–11:00 a.m.
  • 12:00–2:15 p.m
  • 3:00–3:30 p.m.
  • 4:15–5:45 p.m.

Thursday: October 28 | 8:45 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

You should expect the largest crowds in the exhibit hall:

  • 8:45–9:15 a.m.
  • 10:00–11:00 a.m.
  • 12:00–2:15 p.m.
  • 3:00–4:00 p.m.

During Exhibit Hours:

  • Show hours are subject to change.
  • Due to security, only those with an exhibitor badge will have access to the exhibit hall 90 minutes before it opens.
  • Please do not schedule meetings in the exhibit hall during preshow hours, as attendees without an exhibitor badge will not be allowed in the hall.

Exhibitor Move-Out

Thursday: October 28 | 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

Friday: October 29 | 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Directory

Promote your company for free in the online and printed Exhibitor Directory. 

The directory listing includes:

  • Company name
  • Booth number
  • Sales contact (name/title/email/phone; online only)
  • Website URL
  • Product/service categories (online only)

To be included in the print directory, finalize information in the "Booth Info" section in your Exhibitor eConsole by Friday, August 27. After August 27, changes to your "Booth Info" section will only display in the online directory.

You can purchase upgrades to your standard exhibitor directory listing by submitting a request form by Friday, August 27. This form (and pricing) can be found in your Exhibitor eConsole.

Upgrades available for purchase include logo (print and online) and a premium abstract (up to 1000 characters online only).
