Having a one-stop service approach dramatically improves the student experience—and it gives institutions the opportunity to integrate more data, more processes, and more decision-makers. Learn how the University of Miami set up their virtual one-stop service, and then extended the solution to support the onboarding of six pilot offices to utilize case management, to better serve their students and other constituents.
