The EDUCAUSE Leadership Series | Retaining and Building the Higher Education Workforce will engage participants in an online, collaborative learning opportunity focused on three critical leadership areas: Higher education workforce models: what leaders need to know, Effective leadership for a transformed workforce, and Sustainable change: leading and retaining diverse teams. Diana G. Oblinger Innovation Forum

The best predictor of the future is no longer the past, so where does this leave higher education professionals in planning for the future? It leaves us with the fresh challenge of cultivating a skill set for foresight. This year's Diana G. Oblinger Innovation Forum is devoted to developing skills in futures thinking. This one-day, preconference workshop is designed for individuals and teams to prepare for possible futures for higher education and apply foresight thinking at their institution. Executive Career Coaching

Executive Career Coaching sessions are complimentary, one-on-one career development meetings. These sessions are open to senior managers/directors, and to those aspiring to, and in, executive positions. These confidential sessions are facilitated by professional coaches in both face-to-face and virtual formats. Face-to-face sessions will be during the conference and virtual sessions will occur after the conference concludes. Learn more about Executive Career Coaching
