A Change Management Approach for Deploying and Adopting Technology

Many in the tech world have the philosophy, "If we provide the technology, our users will adopt it." Like the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. Change management is a gateway for successful technology adoption. This session will highlight aspects of change management for technology adoption and provide an example of how Coppin State University used principles of change management for deployment of an upgraded learning management system.
