The Greater Washington Partnership has worked with universities from Richmond through Baltimore to define a core set of skills for all employees. The skills cover basic cybersecurity, data ethics, data management, data analysis, and communication. UMBC partnered with our academic departments and career services to create self-paced non-credit modules for students to gain these skills. This session will discuss how we did this and the results to date.
