Experience Anti-Racism in Academia (ARiA) through a half-day workshop where you will be part of a facilitated discussion on how you can learn, grow, and lead from where you are and within your spheres of influence. Participants will engage in frank, small-group discussions designed to examine their own biases, understand the power of active listening, identify where they are in their own learning journey, and think critically about effective ways to build a more inclusive culture in academia.
