With vision and a comprehensive platform adoption strategy, AU demonstrates proven success in empowering the community through self-service and automation. As a result, AU has advanced efforts to improve the student experience with a central user-friendly support portal and increased staff effectiveness, allowing attention to be refocused on higher value work.
