Communications on the typical university campus can be challenging. Faculty and staff are almost never at their desks and students prefer to communicate by mobile phone texting. This presentation will explore a new approach to university communications that ties any mobile phone—including personal devices—into a campus-wide cellular mesh that is in direct control of university IT.
