Building toward a More Inclusive IT Organization

In 2018, Stanford launched IDEAL IT (idealit.stanford.edu), a system of programs focused on diversifying recruitment, deepening inclusion and belonging, and increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Stanford IT community. This session will focus on progress and lessons learned from the past three years, using our roadmap as a springboard for conversation, so that participants integrate presentation take-aways into their own experiences in higher ed and at their own institutions.
