Canvas LTIs at UF: Finding the Right Balance for Educational Technology Adoption

It’s challenging to strike a balance between empowering the use of new ed tech and ensuring an acceptable level of risk to the institution. Presenters will share how leveraging the change management system to track requests, communicate with stakeholders, and automate tasks has increased transparency and proactive communication, benefiting all staff and instructors. Participants will identify and prioritize areas for process improvement at their own institutions.
