The Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (DHE) and Deloitte Consulting will share their structure and key takeaways for a Strategic Framework for Support Services for Student Success designed for 24 campuses. The framework was aligned with a broader equity agenda to support racially minoritized and low-income students. The DHE has pursued this work with ambitious goals related to persistence and graduation rates, particularly focused on improving outcomes for Black and Latinx students.
