2+2 degree maps are essential for transfer student success. This assertion is supported by research on transcript analysis has demonstrated that a student?s course taking pattern at community colleges influences time to degree and ultimate graduation at four-year institutions. This poster discusses the success pathway project in the Southeast with a focus on principles of creating pathways, technological constraints, and elements of an effective pathway.
