To meet the needs of its majority-minority, first-gen student population, UTSA Academic Innovation rethought how physical spaces could foster HyFlex experiences. To create future-focused learning spaces, UTSA developed four classroom personas, rooted in universal design, to provide access and collaboration opportunities, and to accelerate faculty adoption of instructional changes for hybrid learning. This session will share best practices and how the model can inform and apply to other institutions.
