Developing and Implementing a Closed Captioning Editing Program: Successes and Challenges

This presentation will outline the development and implementation of a pilot program, the "Closed Caption Editing Program," which relied on a team of hired work-study students to review and edit autogenerated closed captions for course lecture recordings. This presentation will share the successes and challenges experiences over the last year developing this program as well as feedback from participating instructors and students enrolled in participating courses.
