Tolerance for error, a Universal Design concept, should be incorporated into our teaching and across our educational systems to create inclusive and equitable systems. Tolerance for Error is a prerequisite of innovation, creativity, diversity of thought, and educational growth. Therefore, educational leaders and instructors must use this principle to design safe and supportive environments where people can thrive.
