Improving the quality of research is a paramount goal for many institutions. In this interactive session, participants will learn how the collection of training evaluation data and its analysis can lead to successful research. Our results demonstrate that evaluations on trainings enhance content, delivery, engagement, and overall learning experience. With attendees' participation, a guideline for best practices will be provided at the end.
