At our organization we have introduced a flexible work program to provide more flexibility for eligible roles within the Information Technology Services Department. The program is based on the Humber Remote Working and Telework Policy. The purpose of the program was to transition from the temporary remote work arrangement due to the pandemic to a new permanent way of working. The program provides a safe and welcoming work environment and increases flexibility for many employees.
