How to Change a Piece of University Reality: Bottom-Up Approach

In Poland, most scholarships are financed from public funds, but the complicated and time-consuming process of granting them rests with individual universities. While developers have long collaborated on joint projects, the same cannot be said for the business side of the problem. By creating a bottom-up, inter-university team consisting of technical, legal and organizational specialists, we managed to change the entire process from scratch, thus making life easier for both students and staff.
