Hybrid Models and the Big Pivot for Online Learning Infrastructure

In this session, leaders in online teaching and learning from four universities in the same system will share their experiences collaborating on their institutions' pivot to a hybrid campus model that fits within the unique infrastructures of each campus, with the potential to leverage economies of scale across the system. They will detail the nine-month process, from conception and planning to implementation, and share lessons learned.
