Inspire, Empower, Take Action! Going Beyond the Conversation In Supporting Women in IT

Research shows that the tech workforce is only 28.8% women. Research also shows that women bully women at twice the rate of men, targeting women 65% of the time. In creating sustainable communities for supporting women in IT, during this session we'll focus on exploring the systemic ways in which women hold one another back and discuss ways women can be more supportive of each other to create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.
