Penn State has successfully launched learning analytics applications designed for advisers and instructors that are now in use by over 400 university personnel. A large part of the team's success are the collaborative approaches used to engage diverse stakeholder groups. This session will highlight two learning analytics applications, Elevate and Course Insights, and describe the collaborative approach used in the design, development, and implementation of these projects.
