Colleges and universities across the nation are still dealing with enrollment losses caused by the pandemic. However, larger public universities and selective private institutions have been able to bounce back more easily than their medium and smaller counterparts. For many smaller private, non-profit institutions, HBCUs, and specialized schools the pandemic added to pre-existing financial and enrollment challenges. To stay viable and build resilient campuses, these institutions should consider rethinking their strategies and better leveraging technology. IT leadership can play an increasingly strategic role in ensuring an institution’s longevity and ability to successfully serve its students.
In this session, a panel of innovative IT leaders will discuss the ways in which they are strategically leveraging IT to reduce costs and identify new revenue streams.
