This session discusses Tarrant County College's digital transformation of its student support while addressing the digital divide of our most vulnerable students. The urgency to respond to student needs and availability to tap into HEERF funds allowed the expansion and acceleration of three strategic programs: student loaner, virtual desktop interfaces, and virtual labs. A digital-first and mobile-first approach to the use of technology facilitates new ways of working.
