WGU Labs' research reveals that students can feel overwhelmed and a sense of stigma when trying to navigate essential services landing pages in higher education. WGU Labs and the University of Pittsburgh developed an AI platform (NavigateU) that offers customized recommendations to students in a proactive fashion, thereby addressing the two barriers mentioned above. We share results from the NavigateU pilot.
