Next-Generation ERPs: Real-World Experiences and Advice on Selecting, Implementing, and Running Them (separate registration is required)

Tuesday, October 25 | 8:30AM–11:30AM MT | Mile High Ballroom 1EF, Ballroom Level
Session Type: Additional Fee Program
Delivery Format: Preconference Workshop Session

The move to next-generation, cloud-hosted ERPs as a service offering is gaining momentum, and institutions of all sizes are considering what’s next for their core business software. With successes and failures visible in the community, does a cloud ERP make sense for your institution? This half-day event will guide you through four lightning rounds hosted by community members with recent real-world experience: assessment, strategy, and selection (including choosing partners, capturing business impact, and gauging investment); implementation (what it takes to get to go-live); making the bridge work (living in a dual ERP world); and go-live and stabilization (what happens next). Each round will include an overview of the topic, key points and takeaways, success and horror stories, and a brief Q&A.
