Instructional designers, faculty, and staff adapted to new roles and responsibilities during the transition to emergency remote teaching. Individual team member strengths emerged and contributed to overcoming collective challenges. In this session, the Virtual Initiatives Team at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology will share their experiences to inspire participants to identify shifts in job duties and develop a vision for an inclusive and flexible team.
