Institutions continue to seek greater alignment among competencies, skills, curriculum, and eventual employment for students. One promising approach is to shift academic programs to a competency-based education (CBE) model. This poster will provide an overview of the framework WGU Labs is using to help faculty at different colleges and universities redesign their courses such that their instructional content and assessments align with competencies to help learners be successful in the world of work.
