Our college and university IT ecosystems of supported devices, tools, apps, programs, and networks is always expanding via an additive model: identifying what?s next, fresh, as close to the adoption-wave edge as we dare. We tend not to get rid of anything until it's declared "end of life." Our librarian friends have a better model: weeding. Come learn a new-to-IT digital-transformation (Dx) practice: how to pull the plug earlier to increase satisfaction among our learners, instructors, and staff.
