With much of the student experience mediated by technology, institutions face opportunities to better understand the digital lifecycle students experience as they move across platforms as applicants, students, and alumni. Many organizations are developing their digital transformation strategy, but what is the role of UX in their plans? This session will explore the emergence of user experience roles and services at different institutions as part of their digital transformation strategy.
