The exhibit hall is located in Exhibit Halls B–E of the Colorado Convention Center. The exhibit hall is NOT carpeted and show colors are black drape.

Exhibitor Move-In

Sunday: October 23 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Monday: October 24 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Tuesday: October 25 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, October 25:

  • All exhibit materials must be uncrated and crates must be marked with EMPTY LABELS, ready for removal by 2:00 p.m.
  • All exhibits must be show-ready by 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hours

Wednesday: October 26 | 10:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

You should expect the largest crowds in the exhibit hall:

  • 10:15–11:15 a.m.
  • 12:00–1:00 p.m
  • 3:00–5:00 p.m.

Thursday: October 27 | 10:15 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

You should expect the largest crowds in the exhibit hall:

  • 10:15–11:15 a.m.
  • 12:00–1:00 p.m
  • 3:00–4:00 p.m.

During Exhibit Hours:

  • Show hours are subject to change.
  • Due to security, only those with an exhibitor badge will have access to the exhibit hall at 7:30 a.m.
  • Please do not schedule meetings in the exhibit hall during preshow hours, as attendees without an exhibitor badge will not be allowed in the hall.

Thursday: October 27 | 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

Friday: October 28 | 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
