Agentic Grant Monitoring for Operations

Over the past several months, I have pursued a grant in collaboration with our physical security organization and discovered limited bandwidth to look for potential opportunities. This experience led me and my team in the direction of pursuing a framework to monitor operational projects. The effort combines the use of a AI IDE (Cursor) to initially implement a simple, four-part CrewAI agentic framework that can be trained through human feedback. Initially, this is geared toward monitoring a list of projects in Monday.com through API, grants available through API from grants.gov, generating a report, and then leveraging our ITSM to track output from the system and feedback. As the specific grant effort progresses, we will continue to both improve the matching of these opportunities and to look to automate the application process.
