EDUCAUSE 2026 Emerging Tech Experience Webinar
Save the date for the Emerging Tech Experience Webinar on August 11 at 10:30 a.m. MT/12:30 p.m. ET regarding participation at this year’s event. A recording will be made available for those who are unable to attend.
- Review the exhibitor registration process.
Exhibitor registration is coordinated by your designated booth contact, as all company representatives need to register through our exhibitor registration portal.
If you’re attending as part of an exhibiting company, whether as a full conference attendee or as booth staff, please connect with your booth contact so they can add you to the roster and send you a unique registration invitation. View Exhibitor Registration and Housing for a step-by-step guide for conference registration and housing. - All attendees should register ASAP.
Everyone attending the event must register themselves, including presenters. It is highly recommended that attendees register as soon as possible and no later than September 11 in order to take advantage of your complimentary exhibitor and full-conference registrations (if applicable) and to receive necessary communications in advance of the event. - Be aware of event poachers.
All services and items for your booth must be ordered and paid through the appropriate supplier. Please be aware of poachers and only use EDUCAUSE official vendors, as shown in the Contacts and Press Information section. If you or someone at your organization has been contacted by any company other than official show vendors, please visit the Housing and Attendee List Advisories page for steps for reporting event poachers. - Start promoting your participation.
Begin promoting your participation now to help build interest and gain greater exposure by the time of the event. The Promotional Toolkit section has quick tips and templates for you to use.

Primary Logistics Contacts
You play an important role in making sure your organization is well-informed and prepared for the event. If at any time you need to reassign your role, please contact our corporate team. Due to system limitations, we can only accommodate one individual as the designated contact.
As the primary contact, we require the ability to email you information regarding your participation. Also, as part of the exhibiting terms and conditions, primary logistics contacts understand and agree that their individual contact information will be shared with all EDUCAUSE official show vendors in order to fulfill necessary services. This may include company name, mailing address, contact name, title, phone, fax, and email addresses, where available.
