Save the Date: EDUCAUSE 2026 Exhibitor Webinar
On August 4 at 10:30 a.m. MT/12:30 p.m. ET, EDUCAUSE will hold a webinar on how you can best work with Freeman—our general service contractor—and the convention center (including the convention center and union restrictions for booth setup and dismantle) for this year's EDUCAUSE Annual Conference. Save the date and stay tuned for an email invite.

  • Review the EDUCAUSE 2026 Rules and Regulations.
All participating organizations are responsible for following the show rules to ensure a successful event for all. Please review the EDUCAUSE 2026 Rules and Regulations for important guidelines regarding your booth (if your company is exhibiting) and other key details for participating in this year's event.
  • Review the exhibitor registration process.
Exhibitor registration is coordinated by your designated booth contact, as all company representatives need to register through our exhibitor registration portal.

If you’re attending as part of an exhibiting company, whether as a full conference attendee or as booth staff, please connect with your booth contact so they can add you to the roster and send you a unique registration invitation. View Exhibitor Registration and Housing for a step-by-step guide for conference registration and housing.
  • All attendees should register ASAP.
Everyone attending the event must register themselves, including presenters. It is highly recommended that attendees register as soon as possible and no later than September 11 in order to take advantage of your complimentary exhibitor and full-conference registrations (if applicable) and to receive necessary communications in advance of the event.
  • Food and beverage service at your booth.
We recommend ordering food and beverages from the convention center to be served at your booth as an additional way to drive traffic to you. Learn more about food and beverage service at your booth.
  • Be aware of event poachers.
All services and items for your booth must be ordered and paid through the appropriate supplier. Please be aware of poachers and only use EDUCAUSE official vendors, as shown in the Event Contacts and Press Information section. If you or someone at your organization has been contacted by any company other than official show vendors, please visit the Housing and Attendee List Advisories page for steps for reporting event poachers.
