Important Tips Before You Explore

Join us for the EDUCAUSE 2024 Exhibitor Webinar on August 6.
On August 6 at 10:30 a.m. MT, EDUCAUSE will hold an informative webinar regarding working with Freeman—our general service contractor—and the convention center. A recording will be made available for those who are unable to attend.

  • Review the EDUCAUSE 2024 Rules and Regulations.
All participating organizations are responsible for following the show rules to ensure a successful event for all. Please review the EDUCAUSE 2024 Rules and Regulations for important guidelines regarding your booth (if your company is exhibiting) and other key details for participating in this year's event.
  • Review the exhibitor registration process.
Primary logistics contacts from exhibiting companies must add their booth staff to their conference roster and invite them to register for EDUCAUSE 2024. This process is an invitation to your staff only, and does not register them for the conference. Once your staff receives your invite, they will be required to register themselves. Visit Exhibitor Registration and Housing for a step-by-step guide to conference registration and housing.
  • All attendees should register ASAP.
Everyone attending the event must register themselves, including presenters. It is highly recommended that attendees register as soon as possible and no later than October 4 in order to take advantage of your complimentary exhibitor and full-conference registrations (if applicable) and to receive necessary communications in advance of the event.
  • Food and beverage service at your booth.
As an additional way to drive traffic to you, we recommend ordering food and beverages from the convention center to be served at your booth. Learn more about food and beverage service at your booth.
  • Be aware of event poachers.
All services and items for your booth must be ordered and paid through the appropriate supplier. Please be aware of poachers and only use EDUCAUSE official vendors, as shown in the Contacts and Press Information section. If you or someone at your organization has been contacted by any company other than official show vendors, please visit the Housing and Attendee List Advisories page for steps for reporting event poachers.
  • Start promoting your participation.
Begin promoting your participation now to help build interest and gain greater exposure by the time of the event. The Promotional Toolkit section has quick tips and templates for you to use.

Primary Logistics Contacts

You play an important role in making sure your organization is well-informed and prepared for the event. If at any time you need to reassign your role, please contact our corporate team. Due to system limitations, we can only accommodate one individual as the designated contact.

As the primary contact, we require the ability to email you information regarding your participation. Also, as part of the exhibiting terms and conditions, primary logistics contacts understand and agree that their individual contact information will be shared with all EDUCAUSE official show vendors in order to fulfill necessary services. This may include company name, mailing address, contact name, title, phone, fax, and email addresses, where available.
