Book within the EDUCAUSE block by October 9, 2025 to take advantage of the negotiated low rates and save money!

Reservations within the hotel block can be made upon registration for the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference within the registration platform. You can reserve your hotel room during registration or at a later time by logging back into your registration dashboard. EDUCAUSE has partnered with Maritz Global Events for convenient online hotel reservations. The Housing site will list the EDUCAUSE 2025 hotels and their distances to the convention center on a map of the area. You can narrow the list of hotels based on room availability, dates, price, or by specific hotel brand, and for each hotel you can access information about amenities provided, optional services, cancellation policies, and more.

The Housing site provides real-time information from the automated system about room availability and prevents overbookings.

Housing and Attendee List Advisories

Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing and Registration Provider for the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to EDUCAUSE or Maritz Global Events.

Due to its popularity, the event is targeted each year by housing and registration poachers. Be sure to only work with the official show vendors, which include:

  Freeman is the general service contractor for all booth and audio/visual (A/V) services.

EDUCAUSE does not sell or condone the harvesting of our attendee lists for any purpose. If you or someone at your organization has already been contacted by any company other than the above and we haven’t already spoken, please take one of the following actions and do not respond to any other company claiming to represent the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference:

• Forward the email you received to [email protected].
• Email us the company name and contact information if you were contacted by phone.
• Add the individual's email address or email domain to your company's blocklist to prevent further email communication.

Airport

The Nashville International Airport is located approximately 7 miles from the Music City Center in Nashville.

Transportation

• Public Transportation
  Buses and shuttles pick up in the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
• Taxis
  Taxis pick up in the South Wing Pick Up Area. From the airport, the meter starts at $9 and the rate is $2.50 per mile. There is a flat rate of $30 to the downtown area, plus an additional passenger charge of $2 when accompanying the original passenger and proceeding to the same destination.
• Ride Share
  Nashville has a few approved rideshare services including Uber, Lyft, and KreweCar. Ride App vehicles pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
